Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výslech v kriminalistické praxi. Popisuje základní definice, jeho průřez historií a jeho hlavní cíl. Dále tato práce představuje a popisuje konkrétní druhy výslechů, jeho přípravu a stadia, psychologii výslechu a jeho způsob dokumentace. Práce také uvádí, jakým způsobem jsou vyslýchány osoby v různém věku, s různými mentálním intelektem a zdravotním stavem. Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje fungování výslechu v praxi, především na potřebu řádné přípravy výslechu a zmapování nejvíce používaných taktickým metod.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on interrogation in forensic practice. It describes the basic definitions, its cross-section of history and its main goal. Furthermore, this work presents and describes the specific types of interrogations, its preparation and stages, the psychology of interrogation and its method of documentation. The work also summarizes how people of different ages, with different mental intellect and health status are interrogated. This bachelor thesis summarizes the functioning of the interrogation in practice, especially the need for proper preparation of the interrogation and mapping of the most commonly used tactical methods.
