Organisational identity and its influence on organisational resilience

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Organizační identita a její vliv na resilienci organizace“ je analýza organizační identity ve vybrané organizaci a posouzení, zda organizační identita této konkrétní organizace podporuje její resilienci. Teoretická část definuje pojmy organizační identita a její vztah k resilienci. Dále také vysvětluje pojem vysoce spolehlivých organizací, na jakých principech operují a jejich relevanci. V praktické části práce je představen kvalitativní výzkum, který byl proveden formou 10 polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s ochotnými jedinci. Jejich výpovědi byly nahrávány a následně přepisovány. Po zakódování v softwaru MAXQDA byly vyvozeny závěry. Spolupráce vybrané organizace velmi přispěla k vypracování a přínosu této práce.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: ‚Organisational identity and its influence on organisational resilience‘ is analysis of the organisational identity in selected organisation and assessing whether the organizational identity of this organization supports its resilience. Theoretical part defines a term of organisational identity and its relation to resilience. This part also explained a term of high reliability organizations, on which principles do they operate and a relevance of HROs to the topic of organisational identity. In the practical part is introduced the method of qualitative research that was used for conduct of 10 semi-structured interviews with willing individuals. Their speeches were recorded and subsequently rewritten. After coding in the MAXQDA software, conclusions were deduced. The cooperation of selected organization has greatly contributed to the elaboration and contribution of this thesis.
