Abstract:
Problematika lead managementu se věnuje hladkému propojení komunikačních kanálů či jednotlivých oddělení ve firmě a kvalitě předávaných obchodních příležitostí. Zavedení lead managementu v rámci firmy je však poměrně radikální změnou. Pro řízení změn je využíván reengineering a mapování původních procesů ve firmě. Lead management focuses on a smooth interconnection of communication channels or departments within organisations and on a quality of business opportunities. However, lead management implementation might be a radical change. Reengineering and detailed process mapping is used to manage changes.
