Abstract:
V této práci se zabývám postavením insolvenčního správce v úpadkovém procesu v České republice. V první části se zmiňuji o tom, v jakém postavení je insolvenční správce a jaké jsou jeho cíle v úpadkovém procesu. Dále zde uvádím úpadek dlužníka a stručnou historii úpadkového práva. Subject of this document is a position of insolvency administrator in bankruptcy proceedings in the Czech Republic. I will describe the position of insolvency administrator and his/her aims in bankruptcy proceedings in the first part of this document.
