Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá firemní kulturou a etickým kodexem. Součástí této práce je i praktické šetření firemní kultury a její analýza včetně etického kodexu zaměstnance ve společnosti ČD Cargo, a.s. V závěru práce jsou pro tuto firmu návrhy a doporučení k jejímu zlepšení.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the corporate culture and code of ethics. Part of this work is a practical survey of corporate culture and its analysis, including an employee code of ethics in the Cargo, a.s. company. In the conclusion of this thesis are proposals and recommendations for its improvement.
