Předmětem mojí bakalářské práce je analyzovat pojem rozhodčí nález podle Newyorské úmluvy o uznání a výkonu cizích rozhodčích nálezů a potvrdit myšlenku, že rozhodčí nález je třeba vykládat autonomně a široce. Subject of my bachelor thesis is to analyze the term of arbitral award under the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards and to confirm the idea that the arbitral award must be interpreted autonomously and widely.
