Tématem této práce jsou „Veřejné dražby“. V první části je uveden nástin historického vývoje právní úpravy veřejných dražeb v českých zemích, která je rozdělena do tří období. The subject of this report is Public Auction. The first part outlines the historical development of legal regulation of public auctions in Czech counties, which is divided into three periods.
