Preventive work with marginal social groups

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku společenské skupiny drogově závislých, kteří se vlivem zneužívání omamných a psychotropních látek dostali na okraj společnosti. Teoretická část práce se věnuje základním pojmům ve zkoumané problematice drogově závislých jedinců a preventivní práci s těmito osobami, zejména té terciární. Jsou zmíněny instituce zabývající se terciární prevencí s těmito osobami, jako je nízkoprahové zařízení Drop In, Sananim, Podané ruce a Klinika adiktologie při 1.lékařské fakultě Univerzity Karlovy a Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze. Cílem praktické části práce je objasnění systému terciární prevence a zjištění aktuálních trendů v užívání návykových látek v hlavním městě Praze. Základní použitou metodou je kvalitativní výzkum, konkrétně rozhovor. Nejprve jsou uvedeny základní údaje o respondentech, poté na řadu přichází rozbor výzkumných otázek a jednotlivých odpovědí respondentů, a na závěr shrnutí, kde jsou uvedeny výsledky výzkumu.

Abstract:

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the issues of the social group of drug users, who based on the abuse of narcotics and psychotropic substances have found themselves living in the margins of society. The theoretical part focuses on the basic terms in the researched subject matter, prevention work with drug users, especially the tercial one. Also, institutions focused on working with addicted people are mentioned. Especially those focused on the tertial prevention such as low threshold facility Drop In and the Clinics of Addictology of 1st medical faculty of Charles University, and General University Hospital In Prague. The goal of the practical part is to analyse the system of the tertial prevention and to research the current trends in the use of drugs in the capital city of Prague. The fundamental method used is the qualitative research, an interview in particular. At first, the basic personal information of the respondents is stated, followed by the analysis of the research questions and each answer provided by the respondents. The end of this thesis is focused on the research results.
