Abstract:
Práce se zabývá oceňováním nemovitostí pomocí metody hedonické ceny a skrze vícenásobnou regresní analýzu odhaduje vliv jednotlivých parametrů bytu jako lokalita, celkový počet metrů, dispozice a dalších atributů, na celkovou nabídkovou cenu a cenu za metr čtvereční. This thesis deals with real estate valuation using the hedonic price method and through multiple regression analysis estimates the influ-ence of individual apartment parameters such as location, total number of meters, layout and other attributes on the total offer price and price per square meter.
