Předkládaná práce se zabývá problematikou financování a podpory podniků na území Evropské unie a České republiky. Kriticky analyzuje výhody, nevýhody a vývoj jednotlivých způsobů veřejné a soukromé podpory s důrazem na hodnocení proběhlého programového období 2007-2013 a s ohledem na nové dotační období 2014-2020.
