New synthetic drugs and their influence on the development of the drug situation in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá novými trendy v oblasti návykových látek, kterými jsou nové syntetické drogy nebo tzv. nové psychoaktivní substance v České drogové scéně. V rámci výkladu bude vycházet z vývojové analýzy české drogové scény a z postupného začleňování nových substancí do distribuční sítě v ČR. Ústředním tématem práce je charakteristika, členění a představení hlavních zástupců nových syntetických drog. Zároveň se bude věnovat jejich vlivům na českou drogovou scénu, na jedince a společnost. V praktické části je realizované výzkumné šetření, jehož cílem je získat data a informace týkající se povědomí, znalostí a zkušeností s užíváním nových syntetických drog žáky a studenty vybraných škol. Ke sběru dat byla zvolena metoda dotazníkového šetření. Součástí výzkumného šetření jsou i předem stanovené výzkumné otázky, na které bude prostřednictvím vyhodnocení z dotazníkového šetření odpovídáno. Praktická část je ukončena celkovým shrnutím, sumarizací a rekapitulací výsledků a zjištění. Závěr práce předkládá celkové zhodnocení teoretické i praktické části, naplnění cílů a zároveň obsahuje návrh opatření ke zlepšení zjištěného stavu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with new trends in the field of addictive substances in the Czech drug scene, which are new synthetic drugs or so-called new psychoactive substances. The theoretical part will be based on an analysis of the development of the Czech drug scene and on the gradual introduction of new substances into its distribution networks. The main topic of the work is the characteristics, classification and presentation of the main representatives of new synthetic drugs. Concurrently, it will monitor their impact on the Czech drug scene, as well as on individuals and society. In the practical part of the thesis, a research survey was implemented. Its aim was to obtain data and information on awareness, knowledge and experience with the use of new synthetic drugs among students at selected schools. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The research survey also includes predetermined research questions, which will be answered through evaluation from the questionnaires. The practical part of the thesis ends with a general summary and recapitulation of the results and findings. The conclusion of the work brings an overall evaluation of the theoretical and practical part, the degree to which the objectives have been met and a proposal of measures to improve the identified situation.
