Abstract:

Diplomová práce analyzuje nevýhody a výhody globalizace. První část pojednává o historii globalizace, a čelení obtíží lidstva, která jsou s tím spojené, stejně tak jako nově vzniklé příležitosti. Druhá část představuje zákonitosti středních a malých podniků v souvislostech globalizace. Třetí část ukazuje predikci budoucí globalizace a porovnává dva proudy malých a středních společností, kdy v jenom případě je obchod v rámci jednoho státu a v druhém případě je snaha obchodovat také v zahraničí. Praktická část zkoumá malé a střední společnosti v Indii. Za pomoci ekonomických ukazatelů byla vytvořena komplexní studie, která popisuje úspěchy globalizačních procesů v Indii, a také pomáhá rozhodnou, jaké cesty přispívají k dalšímu rozvoji indické ekonomie. Je demonstrována zejména úloha malých a středních podniků a také jsou zdůrazněny sociální důsledky.

Abstract:

Abstracts The thesis analyzes the problems and advantages of globalization. The first chapter examines the history of globalization, the difficulties faced by mankind in the course of it, as well as the new opportunities that it opens up to different states. The second chapter examines the changes faced by medium and small enterprises in the context of globalization. The third chapter provides a forecast for future of globalization and compares two trends for small and medium-sized businesses, one of which is doing business within national borders, and the second is the desire to expand business in foreign countries. The practical part deals with small and medium-sized enterprises in India. Using various economic indicators, a complex research has been conducted that shows the success of globalization processes in India, and also helps to determine the ways of further development of the Indian economy. In particular the role of small and medium-sized enterprises is demonstrated and social consequences are shown.
