Řízení lidských zdrojů a vedení týmů ve vybraném podniku jako nástroj efektivního řízení

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit a analyzovat řízení lidských zdrojů v organizaci, jejíž hlavní činností je věda a výzkum. Rozhodující pro úspěšné řízení lidských zdrojů, které by vedlo k dosažení hlavních cílů instituce, je stanovení optimální struktury zaměstnanců, jejich řízení a především jejich rozvoj. Pro vypracování teoretické části jsou využity interpretace různých autorů odborné literatury, zaměřující se na oblast řízení lidských zdrojů. Jsou zde popsány základní historie a vývoj personální práce, charakteristika řízení lidských zdrojů. V dalších částech jsou popsány dílčí činnosti personální práce, hlavní úkoly personálních pracovníků a lidské zdroje ve vědě a výzkumu. Aplikační část práce se týká představení konkrétní vědecké instituce, přiblížení současného stavu řízení lidských zdrojů a vedení týmů, a posouzení činnosti personálního útvaru společnosti. Ke zhodnocení, jak jsou teoretické přístupy a metody uplatňovány v praxi, bylo využito dotazníkového průzkumu, dokumentů organizace a názorů zaměstnanců. Přínosem mé práce by měla být možná aplikovatelnost přímo v reálné organizaci a možnost přispět ke zlepšení některých služeb, které mohou být důležité pro optimální řízení lidských zdrojů v Biologickém centru AV ČR.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate and analyze the management of human resources in an organisation whose main activity is Science and Research. Determination of the optimal structure of employees, their managing and above all, their further professional and personal development – these are the critical points for the successful HR management that will help to achieve the main goals of the organization. Interpretation of many different authors of specialized literature in the field of HR management is used for the elaboration of the theoretical part of the thesis. It describes the basic history of dealing with HR issues and it defines the concept of HR management. In other parts it describes the main particular activities of personal work and the main tasks of HR department staff. Furthermore, it focuses on some specific features of HR management in the S&R area. In the applied part of the thesis, a concrete scientific institution is introduced. Based on this example, the thesis then focuses on current methods of HR management and supervision of teams and it assesses the HR department activities of this institution. The questionnaire survey, HR department documentation and employees' opinions are evaluated to find out if the theoretical approaches and methods are used in practice. As regards the possible contribution and further application of this thesis, its conclusions may be applied directly in a real scientific institution. Moreover, it may contribute to improve several services which could be important for the effective HR management of the Biology Centre of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.
