Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem a optimalizací metody vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie pro sledování hladin vybraných aminokyselin v suché kapce potu.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the development and optimization of the method of high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of selected amino acids in dried sweat spot.
