Bakalářská práce popisuje život rodiny, která pečuje o děti s těžkým postižením. První kapitola teoretické části popisuje příčiny a formy mozkové obrny a uvádí další přidružená postižení. Druhá kapitola se věnuje rodině dítěte s postižením. Popisuje, jak se rodiče s takovou situací vyrovnávají, jak své dítě vychovávají a jak tuto skutečnost vnímají sourozenci. The bachelor thesis describes the life of a family who care for a children with profound disabilitiy. The first chapter of the theoretical part describes causes and forms of cerebral palsy and specifies other disabilities. The second chapter deals with a family with a disabled child.
