Diplomová práce se zabývá obhajobou obhájcem v trestním řízení, se zaměřením na řízení přípravné. Cílem diplomové práce je na jedné straně podat ucelený pohled na stávající právní úpravu dané problematiky, kriticky ji zhodnotit, propojit ji s aplikační praxí a navrhnout eventuální legislativní změny. The diploma thesis deals with defense of the defense counsel in criminal proceedings, with a focus on pre-trial proceedings. The aim of the diploma thesis is, on the one hand, to provide a comprehensive view of the existing legal regulation of the issue, to critically evaluate it, to link it with application practice and to propose possible legislative changes.
