Analysis of the smart cities concept application in the district towns of the Ústi region

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací konceptu smart cities v Ústeckém kraji, konkrétně ve městech Děčín, Chomutov, Most, Teplice a Ústí nad Labem. V prvé části je vymezen koncept smart city jak v zahraničí, tak v České republice, dále je zde vymezena infrastruktura. V další části je zpracována analýza využití konceptu smart city pomocí obecné socioekonomické analýzy, a především aktuálního stavu chytrých řešeních ve městech a pomocí analýzy strategických dokumentů z pohledu smart technologií. V závěru práce je zjišťováno zavádění konceptu smart city v podmínkách daných měst, dále bylo zjištěno, že zatím žádné město nemá zpracovanou koncepci, avšak většina měst s koncepcí do budoucna počítá.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the implementation of the concept of smart cities in the Usti region, specifically in the cities of Decin, Chomutov, Most, Teplice and Ústí nad Labem. The first part defines the concept of smart city both abroad and in the Czech Republic, there is also defined infrastructure. In the next part with the analysis uses the concept of smart city using general socioeconomic, and especially the current status of smart solutions in cities, and by analysis of strategic documents in terms of smart technology. In conclusion, it is determined introducing the concept of smart city in terms of the cities, as it was found that no city has not yet developed a concept, but most of the cities with the concept for the future counts.
