Legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti je fenomén navazující na páchání trestné činnosti. V kontextu s organizovaným zločinem představuje unikátní analytické pole, na základě kterého je možné proniknout do struktur organizovaných zločineckých skupin a jejich fungování. Legalization of proceedings of criminal activity is phenomenon continuing to criminal activity.
