Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou v rozdílu motivace jednotlivých zaměstnanců. Motivace patří k jednomu z klíčových nástrojů v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů v podniku, který je nezbytný pro kvalitní fungování lidského faktoru.
