Culinary Tourism Development Project in the Uherské Hradiště Region

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je vytvořit projekt rozvoje kulinářského turismu na Uherskohradišťsku. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu očekávání potenciálních turistů a návrh produktů gastroturismu s cílem naplnění těchto očekávání. Region byl v diplomové práci detailně analyzován. Proběhla analýza potřeb pomocí marke-tingového průzkumu a jeho detailního vyhodnocení. Data byla zpracována pomocí kontin-genčních vztahů. Podstatou projektu bylo vytvořit produkty s vysokou pravděpodobností úspěchu u jasně definovaných cílových skupin. Vznikly tak tři různé projekty. Všechny projekty odpovídají zjištění marketingového prů-zkumu, jsou realizovatelné, navazují na místní tradice a využívají možnosti regionu. Projekty byly podrobeny časové, nákladové analýze a analýze rizik. Byl stanoven přesný harmonogram, vytvořen položkový rozpočet a vyčísleny očekávané tržby. Byla zajištěna rentabilita, stanoven bod zvratu, případně odůvodněna nutnost a výše dotace ze strany města. Tyto tři aktivity prokazatelně osloví definované cílové skupiny a přinesou rozvoj kulinářské-ho turismu na Uherskohradišťsku.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to create a project for the development of culinary tourism in the Uherské Hradiště region. The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the expectations of potential tourists and the design of gastronomic products in order to meet these expectations. The region was analyzed in detail. The needs were identified using a marketing survey and its detailed evaluation. The data were processed using contingency relationships. The essence of the solution was to create products with a high probability of success for clearly defined target groups. Three different projects were created. All projects correspond to the findings in the marketing survey, are feasible, follow local traditions and use the possibilities of the city. The projects were subjected to time, cost analysis. A precise schedule was set, an itemized budget was created and expected sales were quantified. Profitability was ensured, a turning point was determined, or the necessity and amount of the subsidy from the city was justified. These three activities will demonstrably address defined target groups and bring the develo-pment of culinary tourism in the Uherské Hradiště region.
