Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na oblast motivace pracovníků. Cílem je analyzovat motivační faktory, které se nejvíce podílejí na pracovní motivaci u zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. V práci jsou uvedeny dílčí výstupy motivačních preferencí zaměstnanců a jejich spokojenost s motivačními faktory. The bachelor thesis deals with the motivational factors that are most involved in work motivation in a selected organization. The work presents partial outputs of motivational preferences of employees and their satisfaction with motivational factors.
