Abstract:

Tato práce se věnuje problematice managementu znalostí ve výrobním závodu podniku Danone, a.s. v Benešově. Jsou zde popsány lidské zdroje, firemní procesy a podniková kultura této společnosti a je provedena analýza silných a slabých stránek. Cílem této práce je navrhnout zavedení managementu znalostí do výrobního závodu podniku Danone, a.s. v Benešově pomocí metodiky KM-Beat-It, resp. Analýzy současného stavu a na základě toho doporučit opatření vhodná pro tento obor činností.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with problems of management knowledge in the production plant of the corporation Danone, Inc. in Benešov. It describes human factors, company processes and corporate culture of this company. The analysis of strong and week points is also performed. The aim of this thesis is to suggest the management knowledge to the production plant of the corporation Danone, Inc. in Benešov by using KM-Beat-It methodology, respectively the analysis of the present state and on the basis of that recommend arrangements suitable for this branch of activity.
