Abstract:
Cílem mé práce je vymezení styčných bodů, ale hlavně rozdílů mezi sociálními deviacemi a protiprávním jednáním. Za tím účelem je proveden rozbor pojmu sociální deviace jako odchýlení se od určitých společenských norem a dále jsou uvedeny jednotlivé druhy a teorie sociálních deviací. The intention of my work is to determine points of contact, but mostly differences between social deviations and unlegal dealing.
