Abstract:

ÚVOD Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ergoterapie u osob se schizofrenií. Úvod práce poukazuje na význam zvoleného tématu, nastiňuje strukturu bakalářské práce. CÍL A ÚKOLY PRÁCE Shrnutí teoretických poznatků vztahujících se k tématu ergoterapie, se zřetelem k možnostem jejího využití u pacientů se schizofrenií. Zpracovat kazuistiku pacienta se schizofrenií, s přidruženým mentálním postižením. Přiblížit možnosti ergoterapie u osob se schizofrenií. HLAVNÍ ČÁST Popis metodiky práce s pacientem se schizofrenií, hospitalizovaným v Psychiatrické nemocnici Horní Beřkovice. Na základě vstupního ergoterapeutického vyšetření vytvoření krátkodobého ergoterapeutického plánu, realizace naplánovaných ergoterapeutických intervencí. Po zhodnocení výsledků v rámci výstupního vyšetření pacienta formulace dlouhodobého ergoterapeutického plánu. VÝSLEDKY Shrnutí hlavních výsledků, porovnání výsledků vstupního a výstupního vyšetření. DISKUSE Úvaha nad současnými možnostmi ergoterapie u pacientů s psychiatrickou diagnózou, se zřetelem k využití ergoterapie u pacientů se schizofrenií. ZÁVĚR Shrnutí ergoterapeutické práce s pacientem se schizofrenií, reflexe přínosu bakalářské práce.

Abstract:

INTRODUCTION This bachelor work occupies with problematic of occupational therapy in the people with schizophrenia. The itroduction of the work points to signifikance of the chosen topic and outlines the structure of the bachelor work. TARGET AND TASKS OF THE WORK The summary of the theoretical knowledges related to the topic of occupational therapy, with regard to the possibilities of its using in the patients with schizophrenia. To process a case report of a schizophrenic patient with an associated mental retardation. To describe possibilities of occupational therapy in people with schizophrenia. MAIN PART The description of the methodology of the work with the patient with schizophrenia hospotalized in the Psychiatric Hospital of Horní Beřkovice. Based on the entrance ergotherapeutical examination, creation of a short-term ergotherapeutical plan, realization of the planned ergotherapeutical interventions. After evaluation of the results within the final examination of the patient the formulation of a long-term ergotherapeutical plan. RESULTS The summary of the main results, the comparison of the results of the entrance and final examination. DISCUSSION The reflection on the current possibilities of occupational therapy in the patients with psychiatric diagnosis, with regard to the using of occupational therapy in the patients with schizophrenia. CONCLUSION The summary of ergotherapeutical work with the patient with schizophrenia, reflection of the contribution of the bachelor work.
