The analysis of tourism organisation in a selected country

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu a hodnocení organizací cestovního ruchu v Sibiřském federálním okruhu Ruské federace. Cílem dané práce je proanalyzovat organizaci a řízení cestovního ruchu v Sibirském federálním okruhu a jednotlivé kongresové organizací Ruské federace a navrhnout model OCR na příkladu Tomské oblasti. Teoretická část je věnována vysvětlení pojmů cestovního ruchu, jako jsou destinace, destinační management, organizace cestovního ruchu. Cílem první časti je seznámit se specifikou destinačního managementu, s teoretickými předpoklady fungování organizace cestovního ruchu a s organizací a řízením cestovního ruchu v Ruské federaci. Analytická část je zaměřena na základní charakteristiku cestovního ruchu v SFO a jeho subjektech, rovněž se věnuje řízení cestovního ruchu v subjektech SFO a analýze OCR v SFO a kongresových organizacích Ruské federace, které působí jako místní organizace cestovního ruchu. V závěru této části je provedeno hodnocení vlastní práce, včetně dotazníkového šetření, které proběhlo mezí organizacemi působícími v SFO a kongresovými organizacemi. V poslední časti je navržen model OCR na příkladu Tomské oblasti. Informace do diplomové práce byly získávány studiem odborné literatury ze zdrojů knižních i internetových, od vrcholového managementu zkoumaných organizací, na oficiálních webových stránkách sledovaných OCR a ministerstev, z databází Rostourismu. Výsledkem diplomové práce je ověření (vyvrácení) stanovených hypotéz na základě dotazníkového šetření a analýzy řízení cestovního ruchu v subjektech SFO. V práci jsou stanoveny dvě hypotézy. Jedna se výzkumem potvrdila, jedna se vyvrátila.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and evaluation of tourism organizations in the Siberian Federal District (SFO) of the Russian Federation. The aim of this work is to analyze the organization and management of tourism in the Siberian Federal District and the individual congress organizations of the Russian Federation and to design tourism organizations (TO) model on the example of the Tomsk region. The theoretical part is devoted to the concepts of tourism ‒ destination, destination management, and tourism organization. The first part aims to get acquainted with the specifics of destination management, with the theoretical assumptions of the tourism organization functioning, and with the organization and management of tourism in the Russian Federation. The analytical part focuses on the essential characteristics of tourism in SFO and its entities, on the management of tourism in SFO entities, on the analysis of tourism organizations in SFO, and on the Russian Federation's congress organizations operate as local tourism organizations. At the end of this part, a result evaluation is performed, including a questionnaire survey from organizations conducting in SFO and congress organizations. In the last part, the tourism organization model is proposed using the Tomsk region example. Information for the diploma thesis was obtained by studying specialized literature in the field, Internet resources collected from the top management of the chosen organizations, the selected tourism organizations, and the Ministry, the Rostourism databases. The result of the thesis is the verification (refutation) of the established hypotheses on the basis of a questionnaire survey and analysis of tourism management in the subjects of the SFO. Two hypotheses are stated in the analysis. One was confirmed by research, and one was refuted.
