Abstract:

Práce se věnuje problematice průzkumu spokojenosti cestujících s kvalitou MHD v Jihlavě. V teoretické části je vymezena problematika kvality služeb MHD, společně s teoretickým vymezením metodologie průzkumu. Poté je provedena analýza stávajícího stavu spokojenosti cestujících s kvalitou MHD v Jihlavě, a to na základě dotazníkového šetření. Následně jsou stanoveny návrhy a na zlepšení kvality MHD v Jihlavě.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the problematics of passenger satisfaction with quality of public transport in Jihlava. In the theoretical part passenger satisfaction is described together with a theoretical definition of the passenger satisfaction survey methodology. Then, an analysis of the current state of passenger satisfaction with the quality of public transport in Jihlava is realized, based on a questionnaire survey. After that suggestions are made to improve the quality of public transport in Jihlava.
