Tato bakalářská práce je založena na teoretickém studiu a praktické aplikaci molekulární diagnostiky metodou sekvenování nové generace. This bachelor thesis is based on theoretical study and practical application of molecular diagnostics by next-generation sequencing. The theoretical part is focused on the description and characteristics of the most common hereditary eye diseases, especially macular dystrophies.
