Tato bakalářská práce měla za cíl představit jednotlivá ustanovení Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží týkající se vad faktických. Zároveň práce analyzovala, jakým způsobem a za jakých podmínek jsou chráněny smluvní strany, kupující a prodávající, ve vztahu k faktickým vadám zboží v úpravě úmluvy OSN o mezinárodní koupi zboží. The goal of this thesis is to introduce particular provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) concerning non-conformity of goods.
