Organisational financial plan

Abstract:

The content of the bachelor thesis „Annotation“ defines major concepts, focus on methods of creating the financial plan, analysis of financial indicators and development of the financial plan of Ing. Milan Štupák- IVS. Deep knowledge of financial situation is the base for financial management and decision making that leads to positive results. Knowing the financial health of the organization must be supported by understanding the factors that influence current situation. The main focus was on the importance of financial analysis as a part of financial planning that helps managers to identify the situation where the organization is situated as well as to analyze what was the root cause. Under these circumstances, managers are able to identify the strengths and the weaknesses of the organization and take the actions in different areas of financial management that overall leads to better results. The important outcome of this thesis is the development of financial plan for the organization Ing. Milan Štupák- IVS as well as the suggestions on improvement of the situation on the base of financial plan.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá definíciou hlavných pojmov, metódami zostavovania finančných plánov, analýzou finančných ukazovateľov ako aj tvorbou finančného plánu. Predpokladom finančného riadenia a prijímania rozhodnutí, ktoré vedú k pozitívnym výsledkom, je dokonalé poznanie finančnej situácie. Vedomosti o finančnom zdraví podniku však musia byť podložené poznaním všetkých činiteľov, ktoré ovplyvnili súčasnú situáciu. Veľký význam bol sústredený na finančnú analýzu, ktorá ako súčasť finančného plánovania umožňuje manažérom identifikovať situáciu, v ktorej sa podnik nachádza, ako aj analyzovať príčiny jej vzniku. Na základe týchto predpokladov dokážu manažéri poznať silné a slabé stránky podniku, prijímať opatrenia v jednotlivých oblastiach finančného riadenia, ktoré budú viesť k zlepšeniu výsledkov celého podniku. Hlavným výsledkom práce je vytvorenie finančného plánu pre podnik Ing. Milan Štupák- IVS a návrhy možnosti zlepšenia situácie v tomto podniku na základe vytvoreného finančného plánu.
