Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na přípravu monolitické stacionární fáze s b- cyklodextrin jako chirálním selektorem navázaným na monolitický povrch. Povrch monolitické stacionární fáze byl modifikován dvěma rozdílnými postupy: přímou chemickou modifikací pomocí nukleofilní substituce a tepelně iniciovaným gráftováním b-cyklodextrinu modifikovaného vinylbenzyl chloridem jako chirálním monomerem. The aim of this thesis is a preparation of chiral monolithic stationary phases with b-cyclodextrin as a chiral selector attached at the monolithic surface.
