Employee satisfaction and motivation based on staff turnover in the selected company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tím, jak motivace a spokojenost v práci ovlivňuje fluktuaci zaměstnanců. Jejím cílem je zjištění stavu motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců na pobočkách společnosti XY, kde se jejich vysoká fluktuace vyskytuje. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní informace z odborné literatury a dalších dostupných zdrojů na téma motivace, spokojenost a s nimi související fluktuace. Tyto informace jsou potřebné pro přiblížení tématu, získání znalostí a přehledu v problematice. Na tomto podkladu byl proveden průzkum dané společnosti, na několika pobočkách. Praktická část se zabývá metodologií provedeného dotazníku a představením zjištěných výsledků. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření a na základě konkrétních dat navrhuji opatření, která by pomohla do budoucna fluktuaci snížit nebo v ideálním případě omezit na minimum.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with motivation and satisfaction in work associated with high staff turnover. Its goal is to determine the motivation and satisfaction of employees at XY company, specifically at high-turnover branches. In the theoretical part are processed basic information from professional literature and other available sources on the topic of motivation, satisfaction and related fluctuations, which are needed to bring the topic closer, gain knowledge and overview in the area to conduct the survey. Based on specific data I propose measures that would help to reduce crew turnover in the future, or ideally limit it to a minimum. The practical part deals with the methodology of the questionnaire and presented the results. The conclusion of the thesis evaluates the results of the questionnaire survey and suggested recommendations that could improve the situation in the selected company.
