Abstract:
Práce se věnuje poškozenému. Poškozený jako pojem je rozepsán v kapitole pojem poškozený, kdy je poukázáno na zákonnou definici pojmu. Současně v této kapitole práce seznamuje čtenáře s rozdílem mezi poškozeným a obětí. Dále potom poškozený jako procesní strana. V rámci této kapitoly jsou zahrnuty důvody přijetí zákona o obětech trestných činů a jsou popsány základní zásady toho zákona. Zákon o obětech …more

The thesis focuses on the injured party. The injured party as a notion is analysed in the chapter the injured party notion where the definition of the notion according to the law is referred to.
