Recruitment of new employees in the public administration of the Prague 12 Municipal Office

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou náboru ve veřejném správě na konkrétním případu Městského úřadu Praha 12. Popisuje proces získávání zaměstnanců a konkrétně nábor ve veřejné správě. Cílem práce je analýza náboru nových pracovníku ve veřejné správě na příkladu úřadu Prahy 12 a navržení změn náborového procesu. Stěžejní částí praktické části je analýza současného stavu a návrh na opatření, tyto části jsou podloženy dvěma rozhovory a dotazníkovým šetřením. Závěr práce obsahuje zhodnocení problematiky a aktuálního stavu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of recruitment in public administration on a specific case of the Municipal Office of Prague 12. It describes the process of recruiting and specifically recruitment in public administration. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the recruitment of new employees in public administration on the example of the Prague 12 office and propose changes to the recruitment process. The main part of the practical part is an analysis of the current situation and a proposal for measures, these parts are supported by two interviews and a questionnaire survey. The conclusion contains an evaluation of the issue and the current state.
