Bakalářská práce se zabývá managementem, etikou a etiketou ve veřejné správě a cílem práce je navrhnout, jak zefektivnit etiku a na jednání s občany města. V teoretické části se nabízí vymezení pojmů, kompetence veřejné správy a stručnou historii a snaží se nastínit její problémy z pohledu etiky.
