Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem mezinárodní justiční spolupráce v rámci Evropské unie. Dále se soustředí na problém právního styku s cizinou zejména na oblast vydávání osob tzv. extradici. Hlavní část diplomové práce se zabývá Evropským zatýkacím rozkazem, jeho principy a integrací do českého právního řádu a souvisejícími spory před ústavními soudy České republiky, Belgie a Polska.
