Professional Success of Kindergarten Teacher

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce nese název Profesní úspěšnost učitelů mateřských škol. Zabývá se definicí pracovní úspěšnosti a snaží se odhalit, v čem tkví jejich úspěšnost. Teoretická část této práce se zabývá definici učitele, jejich typologií a rolí učitele. Dále je zaměřena na profesi učitele mateřské školy, jeho kompetence a potřebné kvalifikace k výkonu této profese. Také se zmiňuji o rizicích učitelské profese jako je učitelský stres a zátěž, ale také učitelská spokojenost. Empirická část je tvořena dotazníkem a průzkumem, kterým jsem se snažila zjistit bližší informace o profesní úspěšnosti učitelů mateřských škol od samotných učitelů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis bears the name of professional success kindergarten teachers. It deals with the working definition of success and trying to discover what lies their success. The theoretical part deals with deficient teachers, their typology and the role of the teacher. It is aimed at teaching profession kindergarten, his competence and qualifications required to exercise the profession. I mention the risks of the teaching profession as a teacher stress and workload, but also teaching satisfaction. The empirical part consists of a questionnaire and a survey, which I tried to find more information about professional success kindergarten teachers from the teachers themselves.
