Bakalářská práce se zabývá péčí o zaměstnance a procesem zaškolování a adaptování nového zaměstnance v organizaci. Zaměřuje se primárně na zavádění dobrovolných benefitů a trendů v této oblasti. V práci jsou rozebrány povinné náležitosti péče o zaměstnance. V práci je také popsána motivace zaměstnanců, či pojetí pracovních míst. This bachelor thesis is devoted to employee care and the process of training and adaptation of a new employee in an organization.
