Work motivation of the generation Y
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem pracovní motivace generace Y. Celá práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, a to teoretická a praktická část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vysvětlení základních pojmů v oblasti motivace, motivačních faktorů a generačního managementu. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření spolu s ověřením hypotéz a návrhem motivací pro vedení generace Y.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the work motivation of the work generation Y. The whole thesis is divided into two main parts and these are the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the basic explanation of the concepts of motivation, motivation factors and generation management.
