Moje práce se zabývá poměrně obsáhlou problematikou europeizace trestního práva, tedy vlivu práva Evropské unie na právní řády členských států, konkrétně pak na právní řád České republiky. Celá publikace se poté skládá ze tří velkých kapitol, kdy první je věnována obecné části a metodologii, druhá pojednává o hmotném právu a třetí se týká práva procesního.
