Aplikace evropského exekučního titulu z pohledu českého práva

The Application of European Enforcement Order from the View of the Czech Law
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na možnosti uplatnění evropského exekučního titulu v rámci českého právního řádu. Práce se dále zabývá vhodností adaptace českého právního řádu a hodnotí přínos Nařízení o evropském exekučním titulu z hlediska české právní úpravy uznání a výkonu cizích soudních rozhodnutí.
Abstract:
The Thesis is focused on the application of European enforcement order within scope of the Czech legal order. The work also deals with suitability of the adaptation of the Czech legal order and evaluates the contribution of Regulation creating a European Enforcement Order from the view of the Czech legal regulation of the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgements.
