Abstract:
Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce jsou vlastnosti potravinářských obalů. Práce se věnuje základním funkcím potravinářského obalu, přesněji marketingové a ochranné a jakými způsoby může obal interagovat s potravinou. The main theme of this bachelor thesis are the properties of food packaging. The thesis is focused on basic functions of food packaging, more specifically marketing and protection, and how packaging can interact with food.
