Calculation of new products in the project initiation phase

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je posouzení používané metody kalkulace nových výrobků v iniciační fázi projektu a metody kalkulace v ERP systému vybraného podniku. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmů. Popisuje životní cyklus výrobku a životní cyklus projektu, zabývá se členěním a strukturou kalkulovaných nákladů, je vysvětlen pojem investice z pohledu výrobního podniku. V praktické části je představen výrobní podnik, jehož nákladové kalkulace jsou posuzovány. Dále je popsán průběh projektu se zaměřením na jeho iniciační fázi, výběr výrobní technologie a sestavení nákladové kalkulace výrobku. Obsahem poslední části práce jsou návrhy a doporučení vycházející z teoretických a praktických poznatků.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to assess the method used for the costing of new products in the initiation phase of the project and the costing method in the ERP system of the selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of terms. It describes the product life cycle and the project life cycle, deals with the breakdown and structure of costing, and explains the concept of investment from the point of view of the manufacturing company. In the practical part, the manufacturing enterprise whose costing is assessed is presented. Furthermore, the project flow is described, focusing on the initiation phase, the selection of production technology and the product costing. The content of the last part of the thesis is suggestions and recommendations based on theoretical and practical findings.
