Cooperation of partners in the value chain, focusing on the cash control

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá finančními aspekty spolupráce partnerů v hodnotovém řetězci se zaměřením na řízení peněžních prostředků. V první části práce je vymezen hodnotový řetězec a hodnotová síť. Dále je pozornost věnována řízení peněžních prostředků a spolupráci partnerů při řízení peněžních prostředků v hodnotových řetězcích. V druhé části diplomové práci jsou uvedeny výsledky výzkumu, zaměřeného na spolupráci chemického podniku s ostatními partnery v hodnotovém řetězci při řízení peněžních prostředků. Závěrem je provedeno zhodnocení výsledků primárního výzkumu a navržena možná zlepšení.

Abstract:

The work deals with the financial aspects of the cooperation of partners in the value chain, focusing on the management of funds. At the first part of the work it is defined what the value chain and value network are. Next part is focused on cash control and cooperation partners in the area in the value chains. In the second part of the thesis they are presented the results of research, focusing on the cooperation of the chemical company with other partners in the cash control. Finally the evaluation of the results of the primary research is done and the recommendations to improvements are suggested.
