Cílem práce je zajistit evidenci a vyhodnocování termínů dílčích činností procesů při práci se sběrnami systému ONLINE a STARPORT počínaje podáním žádosti o jejich zřízení až po ukončení smluvního vztahu. Do společnosti přichází týdně v průměru 50 žádostí o provozování terminálu systému ONLINE nebo STARPORT ze strany fyzických a právnických osob, z toho u cca 5% žádostí dojde k uzavření smluvního vztahu …more

The aim of this work is to ensure evidence and evaluation of deadlines of the sectional process activities when working with the ONLINE and STARPORT systems points of sale, from a submission of an application up to an agreement termination.
