Cílem této diplomové práce je prozkoumat aktuální trendy v oblasti internetových obchodů, nalezení konkrétních nástrojů a navržení jejich využití. Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to explore actual trends in internet businesses, find particular tools and illustrate their utilization. First, the teoretical part describes business models and an entrepreneur´s duties while starting a new business. In the next part are named internet and marketing tools used by e-shops.
