Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou osobních údajů ve veřejné správě. Nejprve jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, poté je shrnut vývoj ochrany osobních údajů ve světě, v Evropě a v České republice. Dále je detailně popsáno Nařízení GDPR. Master thesis concerns protections of personal details in public administration. Foremost, there are quality the basic terms and then is described development of protections of personal details in the world, in Europe but also in Czech republic.
