Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zaměřila na trestný čin vraždy na dítěti matkou. Má diplomová práce se v počátku zaměřuje na historický vývoj nejen trestního práva obecně, ale především na vývoj trestného činu vraždy dětí jejich matkami. Následuje kapitola, která obsahuje trestné činy proti životu a zdraví. Třetí kapitola má název kriminalita žen, kde popisuji osobnost pachatelek. Další dvě kapitoly …more
Abstract:
In my thesis I focused on the crime of child murder by it's mother. In the opening part my thesis follows historical development not only of the criminal law in general, but foremost on the development of the crime of children being murdered by their mothers. Then follows a chapter containing crimes against life and health. The third chapter where I describe personality of the culprits is called women …more
