Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se věnuji problematice vytváření vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic ve firmě MND Production, a. s. V teoretické části jsem uvedla nejčastěji používané vnitropodnikové účetní směrnice. V části praktické jsem se zaměřila na vytvoření vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic pro firmu MND Production, a. s., které doposud ve společnosti chyběly. Na začátku jsem analyzovala vnitropodnikové směrnice v mateřské společnosti Moravské naftové doly, a. s. V rámci analýzy jsem provedla srovnání mateřské a dceřinné společnosti. Na základě tohoto srovnání jsem vytvořila nové vnitropodnikové směrnice pro dceřinnou společnost MND Production, a. s.

Abstract:

In this final bachelor thesis I devote to formation of internal accounting direction of the firm MND Production, a. s. In theoretical part I quoted the most frequently used internal accounting direction. In the practical part I focus on formation internal accounting direction to the firm MND Production, a. s. which are missing till now. At the beginning I analysed internal guidelines in controling company Moravske naftove doly, a. s. Within this analysis I performed comparison controling and subsidiary company. On the basis this comparison I created new internal accounting direction to the subsidiary company MND Production, a. s.
