Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na měření a řízení výkonnosti podniku propojením konceptů ekonomické přidané hodnoty a Balanced Scorecard. V teoretické části této diplomové práce je zpracována literární rešerše týkající se tradičních a moderních ukazatelů měření a řízení výkonnosti podniku. V praktické části je aplikována strategická a finanční analýza na vybrané společnosti. Na základě informací z teoretické části je aplikován výpočet EVA včetně identifikace faktorů, které ovlivňují výkonnost podniku. V projektové části je navržena implementace Balanced Scorecard s využitím ukazatele EVA. Na závěr je provedeno zhodnocení přínosů a rizik, které jsou spojeny s projektem.

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis focuses on measuring and managing the company´s performance by interconnection of Economic Value Added and Balanced Scorecard. In the theoretical part of the thesis is a literature search on traditional and modern indicators of measuring and managing business performance. In the practical part is a strategy and financial analysis applied. Based on the information from theoretical part is the Economic Value Added applied including the identification of factors that affect the company´s performance. The implementation of the Balanced Scorecard using the Economic Value Added indicator is proposed in the project part. The conclusion is devoted to defining the benefits and risks of the project.
