Abstract:
Práce definuje rozsah účetní závěrky a popisuje jednotlivé kroky při jejím provádění. Vychází ze stávající právní úpravy. V závěru popisuje sankce za nedodržování stano-vených postupů a všímá si největších chyb při provádění účetní závěrky.
Abstract:
This work specifies the scope of the annual accounting closure and describes the indi-vidual steps during its realization. It is based on the current legislative environment. The final chapter deals with the sanctions for not keeping the prescribed procedures and also mentions the most important errors during the closure.
